- We will gladly accept any damaged/broken item with original box and tags within 5 days of purchase for an exchange. (Note: Please make a video of the item before unboxing as an evidence.)
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice, and mention the reason of returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the goods via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery charges will not be refunded.
- Refund request will be processed within 2 days after receiving the return products.
